Why we must have TWITTER accounts !

Facebook may have crossed 1.2 billion people accounts as on today and it may represent  2nd or 3rd largest contry.
But nowadays specially in INDIA Twitter has become a great tool to directly raise ur problems , expressing ur opinions,showcasing govt,good work or bad work,  some examples I am quoting here which increases the intensity of Twitter posts towards the execution -

1- INDIAN railways almost replying almost each and every tweet of those passengers facing problems and almost resolving them -great work done by our railway minister Mr.Suresh Prabhu.
This is most responsive twitter account everyday people posting pics of neat and clean stations and  coaches along with improvement measures.

2- Many companies whether online, fmcd,fmcg, airlines are having twitter helplines which are extremely responsive
and supportive, I myself using and interacting with them,incredibly effective.

3-Indian foreign department led by Sushma Swaraj there are many recent examples in recent past where she took immediate actions.

4-What I felt it's the fastest way of getting info even news agencies relying on the official twitter handlers accounts of politicians.

5-important information can be gathered from twitter, many new  govt schemes and policies got updated on twitter ist.

6-during calamities one of my frnd told me he was following CNN twitter account during Recent Hajj stampede, he was getting continuous update and his parents info.

Since most of the Indians got tilted almost and only  towards Facebook I request them try to  start using Twitter also, it will a bit tedious to use in starting but after some time it will proved to be a great tool.
