What is the most difficult question ,u have ever came across any job interview ,here is the one

A cousin of mine was selected for the interview round of some big MNC. He was called for the interview and the toughest question from the interview goes like this​ :

Mr.Interviewer: So, Mr.X can you see that window ?

Mr.X: Yes sir.

Mr.I: You have to jump from that window if you want us to hire you.

(The office was at the 7th floor of the building)

Mr.X was shocked and speechless he took deep breath and went upto the window and sat there for a while as shown in the below image.

After taking his time he jumped from the window but inside the room because he was asked to jump but they didn't mention whether he had to jump inside or outside the window.

Then he calmly walked upto his chair and asked ​the permission to sit.

Now, the interviewer was deeply impressed and offered​ the appointment letter to him.
